Rev. Gerrald Kimathi
Sunday Service on the 7th day of June 2026
In this year of double harvest, God calls us to genuine obedience that flows from a heart of repentance. Obedience without repentance is incomplete and cannot fully unlock the blessings and harvest God has prepared. True obedience requires turning away from sin, self-reliance, and old patterns, then aligning fully with God’s will.
The Lord desires a people who not only hear His voice but respond with transformed hearts. Partial obedience or outward compliance while holding onto hidden sin blocks the flow of His power and provision. Repentance opens the door for authentic obedience, allowing God to purge, cleanse, and position us for multiplied fruitfulness.
Jesus exemplified perfect obedience through complete surrender. When we repent and obey, we position ourselves as vessels ready for His use. In a season of double harvest, half-hearted obedience will not suffice. God is looking for those who will fully turn to Him, forsake every hindrance, and walk in wholehearted obedience.
Application Examine your heart for any area of incomplete obedience or unrepented sin, and make a deliberate turn toward God with genuine repentance. Commit to wholehearted obedience that flows from a cleansed and surrendered life, refusing partial compliance or outward show. Allow repentance to remove every barrier so that God’s power and blessings can flow freely in your life. In this year of double harvest, let true repentance fuel consistent obedience, positioning you to receive and steward multiplied increase as you align fully with His will.
