About the praise and worship team
The Githurai 45 Deliverance church praise and worship team is a vibrant, energetic, Holy Spirit fired and guided a group of men and women of all ages above 18 years gifted vocally in raising an atmosphere of worship and praise through songs, dances, musical instruments and prayerfulness.
We are a team dedicated to allowing God’s children to reach the heart of the maker, God the father in true praise and worship focused to deeper spiritual enlightenment.
Our Mission
We are dedicated to realising the true Heavenly Worship (as outlined in Revelation 4: 10-11) by spreading the Word of God through music experiences.
“The twenty-four elders fall down before him who is seated on the throne and worship him who lives forever and ever; they cast their crowns before the throne, singing, “Worthy art thou, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honour and power, for thou didst create all things, and by thy will, they existed and were created.
The purpose of the Worship team Music Ministry is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ through song, encourage believers in their walk with Christ, lead the congregation in worship and provide an avenue through which individuals may share their gift and be an integral part of the worship.
We embrace the fact in Psalms 115:17:
“The dead do not praise the LORD, nor do any that go down into silence”
This means, we are enthusiastic living beings with breathe from God, our Creator ready to worship and praise Him here on earth just as He expects us to be in Heaven after His second coming, radiating forth His Glory in our worship recognizing that it’s a privilege to have a chance on earth to serve God.
We are committed to becoming a true semblance of Jesus Christ in our character, walk and faith.
Our Vision
“To be the Worship team of excellence leading the congregation into greater intimacy with God as they actualize the heavenly worship and praising Him like King David unashamed”.
